addition to the ranges shown, Dayco Imperial also supply the
following products detailed below:
OmegaFlo
™
A
range of push to connect / push to release pneumatic fittings,
constructed from brass CA360 and CA377. This range of fittings is
ideally suited for pneumatic instrumentation circuits and fluid
piping systems. Available to suit pipe sizes of
⅛” to ½” O.D, and compatible with
polyethylene, nylon, soft copper, PolyFlo
®, Nyloseal ® and Impolene tubing.
Hi-Duty ®
A
range of extremely high vibration tolerant fittings (up to
five times more vibration resistance compared to standard
compression or flare type fittings) used in many applications
ranging from instrumentation, mobile farm and construction
equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic controls, machine tools,
lubrication pressure systems, process plants and laboratory
equipment. Available to suit pipe sizes of 1/8” to 1” O.D, and
compatible with brass, copper and seamless steel tubing.
Flex
®
A
range of fittings utilising a special composition elastic sealing
sleeve, making these fittings excellent for applications involving
extremely high vibration and mechanical shock conditions. Ideal
for many applications including gasoline, oil, diesel fuel,
lubricants, vacuum, air and water lines on trucks, tractors, power
units, buses, construction equipment and many other low and medium
pressure applications. Available in pipe sizes of 1/8” to 1” O.D, and compatible for use with
copper, brass, aluminium, steel,
glass and thermoplastic tubing.
45° Inverted Flare
A
range of fittings similar to the regular 45° flare fittings,
except the flare seat is inside the body of the fitting,
protecting the seat and the threads. Available to suit tube sizes
of 1/8” to 3/4” O.D, and compatible for use with copper, aluminium,
brass, Bundy, Gm or Avon steel tubing.
Hi-Seal
® / Braze-Seal ®
A
range of fittings available in brass, steel or stainless steel,
these fittings are of the more familiar style compression nut and
sleeve type design. They are ideally suited to either low or
high-pressure applications, and conform to a vast array of
industry standards. The Braze-Seal ® range has the same
performance as the High-Seal ® range, but utilising a braze end
as opposed to the conventional nut and sleeve design. Available to
suit pipe sizes of 1/8” to 1” O.D, and compatible for use with
steel, SAE 1010, dead soft, cold drawn and brazed, stainless
steel, annealed type 304, and brass, dead soft, seamless and
copper varieties for the High-Seal ® range. Also for use with carbon
steel and stainless steel 316, for the Braze-Seal ® range.
